Yes. Every piece is handcrafted with care — whether it's a one-of-a-kind design or a limited-production piece. While some creations are entirely unique, all are thoughtfully made by hand, not mass-produced, ensuring the craftsmanship and attention to detail you expect from Yelisia.
What materials do you use?
At Yelisia, we craft each piece using a thoughtful palette of materials: fine silver (999), 925 sterling silver, high-quality gold-plated brass, hand-selected freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, and cubic zirconia. Each element is chosen for its unique texture, radiance, and lasting quality. Every piece comes with a clear description of its materials.
How fast will I get my order?
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio, and we take care to ensure every detail meets our standards.
- Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.
- Made-to-order or custom designs may require 10–20 business days to produce before shipping.
- Once shipped, international delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
We appreciate your patience — meaningful things take time. Each piece is created with intention, not urgency.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we are pleased to serve customers worldwide. In rare cases where certain destinations cannot be reached due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed and issue a full refund if necessary.

What if I need a special size?
Many of our regular designs can be made in custom sizes. However, one-of-a-kind pieces are individually crafted and cannot be resized.
If you have specific sizing needs, please email us before placing your order — we’ll gladly assist where possible.
Can I return my order?
Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made pieces — including those created to client specifications — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any concerns, please contact us within7 daysof receiving your order. We’ll do our best to assist you.
